CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19 Information for Guests: UPDATED 17.03.20

Mar 17, 2020

The health and safety of our guests and our staff is always our top priority and Ream Hills will take all necessary precautions to ensure their continued welfare.

We wish to reassure all guests that we have implemented enhanced cleaning regimes, are increasing the availability of hand sanitisation products and will adopt recommended practices and government recommended guidelines as appropriate, to maintain a safe environment. Our Wardens are alert to signs of coronavirus symptoms and understand the importance of good hygiene. Like many businesses, we continue to monitor the situation closely and are reviewing and following the guidelines of Public Health England so we may respond quickly to any developments.

At the moment our business is operating as normal and standard terms and conditions on bookings continue to apply. If you wish to amend your booking, please contact us via email to discuss rearranging dates.

If you are planning on visiting and are showing the symptoms of coronavirus (for example, a high temperature, a new, continuous cough), we would politely ask that you do not visit and instead use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service for further advice and instruction.

Whilst visiting, we would obviously ask all guests to observe high standards of personal hygiene. There are simple things everyone can do to help prevent the spread of the virus, including:

·         Covering your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze

·         Putting used tissues in the bin immediately

·         Washing your hands with soap and hot water regularly, and using hand sanitiser gel

·         Trying to avoid close contact with people who are unwell

·         If you do feel unwell during your visit, please contact a member of staff immediately – maintaining a safe distance of two metres where possible.
